Kinesiai is a fitness and wellness app provided by Aevient, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use Kinesiai internationally.

• Account information, such as your email address and login details when you sign in with Apple or email.
• Profile and app usage information you provide while using Kinesiai.
• Body scan photos and related fitness and wellness data you choose to submit. These photos are stored on our servers.
• Workout, logging, and interaction data generated through your use of the app.
• Device information, analytics data, and push notification tokens.
• HealthKit data, if you choose to connect it. HealthKit data is processed transiently and is not stored on our servers.

• To provide, maintain, and improve Kinesiai.
• To create personalized fitness and wellness recommendations.
• To support account access, security, and customer service.
• To send service-related messages and push notifications.
• To understand product usage through analytics.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Kinesiai body scan features are intended for fitness and wellness purposes only. They are not medical tools, do not provide medical diagnosis, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

To provide personalized recommendations, we may send relevant user data to third-party large language model providers and related service providers. We use that data only to generate recommendations for you. We do not use your data to train our own AI models, and we do not authorize third-party model providers to use your data for model training on our behalf.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Kinesiai, including hosting, analytics, push notification, authentication, and AI service providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not serve third-party ads in Kinesiai.

Kinesiai is available internationally. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where privacy laws may differ. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal or operational retention requirements.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We also support applicable California and other U.S. state privacy rights workflows, including access, deletion, and correction rights.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Kinesiai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization where required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the app or by other appropriate means.
